Consulting, formation coordination, banking support and corporate maintenance liaison, organized around the needs of each engagement.

01

Business Consulting & Market Research

Understand the requirements. Make a more informed next move.

We help business owners clarify cross-border business needs and understand the service options available to them. Our research focuses on practical information: provider requirements, banking services, documentation and the steps involved in a proposed engagement.

What we coordinate

  • Business background and service needs assessment
  • Research and comparison of banking and corporate service options
  • Requirements summaries and project preparation

What the work produces

A clearer requirements summary, an initial document checklist and a coordinated next-step plan.

We provide information research and project coordination. Individual legal, tax or investment advice, where required, is addressed by an appropriately qualified professional.

02

Overseas Company Formation

Connect business plans with local professional support.

We coordinate overseas company formation through local professional service providers. From gathering initial information to following up on documentation and project milestones, we help keep the client and the relevant provider aligned.

What we coordinate

  • Formation needs and intended business activities
  • Liaison with the relevant local service provider
  • Information collection, documents and milestone follow-up

What the work produces

An organized formation brief, coordinated document requests and follow-up on the formation process.

Local formation work is undertaken by the relevant provider. Entity choices and professional requirements are considered with that provider for the specific engagement.

03

Banking Coordination & Client Introductions

Prepare the business background before the banking conversation.

We help clients understand banking options and account-opening requirements, and introduce them for a financial institution’s consideration. Our support covers preparation, communication and follow-up, guided by the receiving bank’s requirements.

What we coordinate

  • Banking needs, company profile and intended account use
  • Application information and supporting document preparation
  • Appointments, document requests and ongoing liaison

What the work produces

A structured client overview and coordinated application information for the bank’s independent review.

Each financial institution conducts its own due diligence, determines eligibility and independently provides its banking services.

04

Ongoing Corporate Services Coordination

A continuing point of contact after company formation.

We coordinate company maintenance, secretarial support, accounting and tax filing arrangements with local professional providers, as applicable. We help gather the required information, relay provider requests and follow up on agreed work.

What we coordinate

  • Corporate maintenance and company secretarial liaison
  • Accounting information and tax filing coordination
  • Document updates and continuing provider communication

What the work produces

Coordinated maintenance requests, an organized information handover and follow-up with the responsible provider.

Specialist work is performed by providers holding the qualifications required in the relevant jurisdiction. The applicable scope is specified in the engagement.

Where is the work carried out?

Most service delivery and project coordination take place in mainland China. Local professional providers carry out the relevant jurisdiction-specific work. The U.S. address shown on this website is the company’s registered office.

How are banking introductions prepared?

We first understand the client’s business background and banking needs, then clarify the receiving bank’s criteria. We help organize application information, supporting documents and communication for the bank’s own assessment.

No. Each financial institution independently conducts its review, decides whether to accept a client and provides its own services. Our role is consulting, introductions, preparation and coordination.

How are service fees agreed?

Fees depend on the requested scope, jurisdiction, professional provider requirements and coordination involved. The relevant contracting entity provides the engagement terms and fee arrangements before the agreed work begins.

What should I share in an initial enquiry?

A short business introduction, the relevant jurisdiction, the service you need and your contact details are enough to begin. Sensitive identity or banking documents should be shared only through a subsequently agreed channel.
